About The Role

We’re looking for an energetic and client-centric Account Manager to oversee onboarding, relationship management, and client performance for a growing automotive service brand.

You’ll serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring each client gets a premium experience — from kick-off to recurring performance check-ins. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive on delivering results and clear communication, we want you on the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the activation process
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Proactively manage client communications, performance reporting, and issue resolution
  • Maintain CRM data, call logs, and action trackers
  • Spot upsell or improvement opportunities and communicate them to sales or leadership
  • Collaborate closely with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Host regular check-ins to maintain alignment, retention, and client satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years in an account management or client success role (preferably B2C or service-based)
  • Excellent English communication — both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward ownership
  • Customer-obsessed mindset — always looking to go the extra mile
  • Comfortable in GoHighLvl (non-neg) & ClickUp -
  • Confident hosting client calls, presentations, and resolving issues proactively
  • Bonus: experience in local service businesses or marketing agencies
