Job Purpose
This Compliance Analyst advises and guides the team on the identification of relevant compliance risks and enabling use of the approved system, HighBond (Diligent).

This Compliance Analyst advises and guides the team on the identification of relevant compliance risks and enabling use of the approved system, HighBond (Diligent).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teams to develop, implement and manage Control Self-Assessments (for compliance) through:
- Preparation of the compliance-related requirements
- Assist with identifying and linking business processes with the applicable compliance requirement (where necessary)
- Designing appropriate procedures and processes to manage identified risks practically translating the compliance requirements impacting on business operations, processes and practices to the management of those business areas.
- Assist with the annual review of Group Compliance Policies and procedures to ensure they are considered and approved (where applicable) timeously.
- Prepare draft communication on updates to existing legislation (where applicable) by
- Schedule and, when requested, training, awareness and connect sessions on compliance and related procedures, etc.
- Proactively share any new international updates that may influence the current regulatory landscape with the Senior Compliance Manager: Advice, Analytics & Insights.
- Facilitate comments workshops within the compliance fraternity to provide a detailed view of the impact of new/ changes to legislation.
- Prepare draft reports from HighBond re: individual compliance monitoring reviews and present insights for further consideration.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise across all risk management areas of the business to deliver an integrated assurance approach.
