About The Role

We're seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant with strong organizational skills and a flair for sales to support a fast-growing LegalTech company. You’ll be the right hand to the founder, helping manage operations, communications, and light-touch sales activities. If you're a natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including inbox management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation
  • Manage CRM and ensure sales pipeline is up to date
  • Conduct outreach to leads via email and LinkedIn; follow up on warm leads
  • Handle basic customer service queries and assist in onboarding new clients
  • Track KPIs and assist with report generation using tools like Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets
  • Coordinate team communications and manage small projects or initiatives
  • Help organize webinars, demos, and client presentations
  • Perform general VA tasks such as document formatting, expense tracking, and vendor coordination

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Sales Support role
  • Demonstrated success with outbound or consultative sales support (SaaS or B2B a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy and fluent in productivity tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with copyright, IP, or legal tech industries
  • Experience in startups or working directly with a founder
  • Previous exposure to automating tasks or building operational workflows
