Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Remote – Open to South African candidates
Type: Commission-Only

Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our client base. This is a commission-only opportunity for a proactive and experienced sales professional who understands the US market and has a strong background in selling nearshore staffing solutions—or similar services.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the US market

  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at target companies

  • Present and promote Bydrec’s nearshore staffing solutions

  • Close new business deals and meet or exceed sales targets

  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role

  • Prior experience selling nearshore staffing services to US clients is strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively

Compensation

This is a commission-only role. Strong performers will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time position with competitive compensation.
