Oliver Wyman is now looking to recruit a Presentation Studio Team Leader, to join our South Africa office and be part of our IMEA (India Middle East Africa) team!
The role will be based out of Johannesburg office.
As a Presentation Team Lead, you are responsible for guiding a team of presentation designers, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality outputs that align with organizational and client expectations. You play a critical role in maintaining the brand’s visual integrity, fostering collaboration, and mentoring your team to achieve their full potential. While you remain hands-on for key projects, your primary focus is on driving workflows, ensuring team alignment, and upholding the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to integrate feedback to enhance both individual and team performance.
