SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead Consultant, Mining

Job Summary

The SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead at Syntax Systems Ltd is responsible for overseeing the functional delivery of SAP solutions for supply chain processes. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective implementation, optimization, and support of SAP functionalities to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Solution Design: Analyze requirements and configure SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM, EWM) to meet supply chain needs.
• Implementation and Delivery: Lead functional implementation, testing, and validation of SAP modules.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify and recommend best practices to enhance procurement, production, and logistics operations.
• Collaboration: Act as the primary contact for SAP supply chain functionalities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Leadership: Lead a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and project timelines.
• Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide post-implementation support.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and create performance dashboards.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP supply chain implementation and support experience.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations with SAP S/4HANA.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications in relevant modules.
• Familiarity with advanced supply chain concepts (demand forecasting, predictive analytics).
• Knowledge of integration tools for connecting SAP with third-party systems.
  
  

Educational And Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• SAP certifications in relevant supply chain modules are preferred.
