We are looking for a highly driven, independent, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling online products for Briefly.co.za to new and current client base, nurturing client relationships, and developing advertising offers that align with client needs.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess exceptional communication skills, and be comfortable working in a remote environment. Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients within target industries, as well as media agencies
Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, and building relationships with media agencies.
Conduct regular visits to media agencies to strengthen partnerships, present new advertising solutions, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
Offering customised digital advertising solutions, creating media plans and proposals.
Track and optimise the performance of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and that results meet or exceed client expectations.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing clients with detailed reporting.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities, client and agency communications, and contract details in the CRM system.
Ensure financial systems reflect signed contracts and that invoicing is accurate and timely.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients, ensuring consistent communication and fostering long-term

Skills required:
Three-five years of experience in sales within digital marketing/ media/ advertising/ B2B sales.
Strong cold sales skills, experience with cold calling and prospecting
Proven experience in outbound sales
Strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape.
Understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
Comfortable using online tools for remote work, client management, and communication (e.g., CRM platforms, email, virtual meeting tools).
Must have a phone, laptop, reliable internet connection (WiFi), backup power, and a car.
