Duties & Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and connect with potential enterprise clients through smart outreach and relationship building.
  • Cold call and network to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Research and engage decision-makers, set up meetings, and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Handle objections and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.

Client Retention & Relationship Management

  • Present new products and services to existing clients.
  • Enhance relationships through regular engagement and solution alignment.
  • Coordinate internal and external client debriefs to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Strategic Business Planning

  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Consult with senior management on business opportunities and service innovation.
  • Identify new campaigns, services, and distribution channels to drive growth.

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Track activity, forecast sales targets, and support the team in achieving goals.
  • Ensure all team members represent the company professionally and consistently.

Bid & Tender Management

  • Lead bid qualification and submission processes.
  • Manage online tender platforms and coordinate with the bid office.
  • Support the call center team and administrator in identifying and closing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of solution selling management experience within a B2B environment.
  • Operational experience in the services sector is a distinct advantage
  • Preferably with experience and major successes in security (physical and manned), with a knowledge of technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of the most current technologies and products used in the industry.
  • Knowledge of key role players and industry trends within Security solutions and related services.
