Job Description
- Advanced, total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair needs on designated equipment.
- Daily interfacing with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues.
- Acting to ensure satisfaction to primary customers, maintaining daily communications with them to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.
- Identifying Sales opportunities and communicate to account team and assists in the growth and direction of business in assigned geographic area.
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient and cost effective service delivery to all accounts with assigned area.
- Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control.
- Responsibly completeing all administration tasks on time.
- Ensureing timely completion of FMIs and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
- Teaching and assisting other Field Engineers on advanced and complex troubleshooting and technical fixes.
- Playing a leading role in complex and multifuntional rooms.
- Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.
- Holding a National Diploma, B-Tech Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced experience in Field Services; expertise in Ultrasound is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction,
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multi-modalities,
- Ability to encouraging growth and shared learning in team settings.
- Fluent in English,
- Ability communicate effectively across diverse teams and communities.
