About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Executive to join our central CRM team. You will lead customer marketing campaigns—primarily via email—to drive retention, engagement, and sales. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you'll work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to build and deliver targeted campaigns and e-newsletters.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy high-quality tactical marketing email campaigns to drive bookings from repeat customers and convert prospects, using smart rules or workflows
  • Implement a rapid-pace test-and-learn plan to continually improve email performance, including A/B testing strategies for subject lines, calls-to-action, and design
  • Work closely with the regional teams to manage and deliver major campaigns across different marketing channels, meeting Le Boat trading needs
  • Track and report on campaign performance, working with the analytics team, and share reporting across the business, making recommendations to continuously improve results
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to identify in-year growth opportunities at a customer segment level and collaborate to plan, develop, and deliver initiatives
  • Ensure that the customer receives a seamless journey from initial contact through to retention, irrespective of the channel
  • Ensure emails are in line with QA processes, undergo comprehensive testing, comply with legal regulations, and follow standard processes
  • Manage and deliver retargeting campaigns to re-engage contacts with low recency of email engagement through targeted digital activities

People

Reports into the Head of CRM. The CRM Team currently includes a Head of CRM, a CRM Manager, a Database Manager, and a Senior Data and Insight Executive.

Collaborate with multiple teams including regional Marketing teams, regional sales teams, Ecommerce, Studio, Finance, IT, Analytics, and Insights to achieve objectives. Foster positive relationships and exchange ideas and standard methodologies with Regional teams, marketing, and sales teams.

What we are looking for:

  • A digital email marketing specialist with a demonstrated ability in a global organization
  • Good knowledge and experience of leading and managing email campaigns as well as automated customer journeys and programmatic campaigns
  • Experience of E2E email/digital campaigns including building campaigns and crafting workflows in CRM/digital platforms
  • Experience in crafting standard process creative campaigns and attention to creative detail
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills – the ability to understand and interpret data to optimize campaign targeting and personalization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to challenge and positively influence others
  • Self-starter, innovative, with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Experience of building campaigns in HubSpot
  • Experience of HTML coding is an advantage
