Responsibilities
You will be accountable for:
General
- Accountable for master data management in SAP S4/Hana (Material Master Data and Bill of Materials) across SA Beverages, Foods & Snacks, including but not limited to, accurately and timely actioning of Material Master data requests, engaging with business requesters for clarifications, monitoring Service Now requests, and ensuring flawless execution as per SLA
- Support the product costing process to support new product development decision making process for manufactured finished goods with regards to creation of required Master Data in SAP.
- Accountable for accurate calculation & capturing of all Material Master data inputs, including raw materials, labour & overhead routing components for New Product Development, product change requests & AOP deliverables within SAP
- Accurate allocation & issuance of Barcodes for all New Product Development
- Proactive managements of Material Master workflow inbox, adherence to product creation timelines & timely escalation of risks or delays.
- Execution of Adhoc financial tasks as required - Journal Reviews, Accrual Validations & Attendance to Cycle Counts - Raw Materials, Engineering & Finished Goods.
What will qualify you for the role:
- 3 Yr. Finance Degree
- 1-2 Years experience with Material Master Data activities in SAP (Mandatory)
- 3-5 years Costing or Management Accounting experience - FMCG (Preferred)
- Experience with ERP - SAP (Mandatory), EWM (Preferred)
- Experience with SAP S4/Hana (Preferred)
- Understanding of core stock management principles, processes, and governance
- Analytical Mindset - Ability to turn data into Insights
- Clear & Concise communicator
- Presentation Skills
- High attention to detail
