UK Insurance Debt Recovery Agent

Outworx is looking for a Debt Recovery Agent within the UK Insurance industry.

This is a full-time, on-site role and based in CPT CBD. You will be gathering outstanding documents, ensuring they are fully completed and liaising with solicitors. You would need to be proficient with Excel and we able to track document submissions and generate reports.

Document Collection & Organization:

• • Gather tenancy agreements, payment histories, correspondence, and any relevant notices.
  • Ensure all documents are complete and properly formatted for legal review.

Liaison with Solicitors:

• • Provide solicitors with timely updates and required documentation.
  • Respond to follow-up queries from legal teams regarding case files.

Reporting & Tracking:

• • Maintain a simple tracking system (e.g., Excel or internal CRM) to monitor case progress and document submissions.
  • Generate basic reports on document status or case updates

Basic Excel Knowledge:

• • • Ability to input and update data.
    • Use of filters, basic formulas (e.g., SUM, COUNT), and formatting.

Strong Organizational Skills:

• • • • Attention to detail in document handling.
      • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Communication:

• • Clear and professional communication with solicitors and internal teams.

• Completed and Passed Matric or NQF Level 4 required.
• Valid South African ID
• Experience in the UK industry is preferred
• Strong communication skills and active listening skills are necessary
• Quick thinker with strong ethics and ability to comply with UK regulations
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills
• UK Property Insurance experience will be advantageous
• UK Sales: 1 year + (Preferred)
• Call Centre/ BPO: 1 year + (Required)
