The Store Projects Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various projects within the Store Projects Team. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring the planning of projects and enabling projects to be delivered according to scope requirements and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities: Planning and providing execution support for projects and adhoc requests related to the store projects team from initiation to completion. Co-ordinate project schedules, resources and activities to ensure timely and successful project execution. Maintaining and updating project documentation, including project schedules, plans and reports. Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and support associates to provide project status updates and gathering necessary information. Manage project-related correspondence, emails, and documentation distribution. Support the preparation of project presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings. Maintain project dashboards, files, and records in an organized and accessible manner. Assist in the development and improvement of project management processes and procedures. Contribute to post-project evaluation and lessons learned sessions to enhance future project performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Provide a backup for the Inventory Asset Management Resource when required in relation to Store Assets
- Generate financial documents like POs and Invoices in relation to the Provisioning of Stock and Services with external Vendors/Suppliers.
