Centre-Based ESL Team Leader

The Faculty is a leading provider of online language education. We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on Team Leader to lead a team of online educators from our Durban office. If you’re energetic, organised, and passionate about education and leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of educators
• Monitor performance, quality, and scheduling
• Liaise with internal departments
• Conduct lesson observations and provide feedback
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth operations
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• 5 years’ Experience in teaching/training and leadership roles preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• MUST LIVE WITHIN 20 KM OF UMHLANGA, KZN
  
  

Working Hours & Remuneration

Rotational Shift Work

• Mon–Thurs: 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00
• Fri–Sun: 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00
  
  

Remuneration
