Role Description

We’re strengthening our operational and digital capabilities across the My Glass network, and we’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst, based in Port Elizabeth, who can sit at the intersection of systems, data, process optimisation, and AI‑driven enablement.

If you’re passionate about improving business performance, leveraging data for smarter decisions, and using modern AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting and maintaining core business systems
  • Analysing operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Mapping and optimising business processes
  • Managing system enhancement projects
  • Creating user guides, SOPs, and training material
  • Using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance reporting, documentation, and problem‑solving

What we’re looking for

  • Senior Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience
  • Strong SQL and Power BI capability
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and system support
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfort working with AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality
  • A proactive mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Innovative, creative and collaborative

Advantageous skills

  • Developing SQL queries, datasets, and Power BI dashboards
  • Power Apps / Power Automate
  • API integrations
  • Freshdesk administration
  • Insurance, automotive, logistics, or service industry experience
