Embedded Recruiter

We’re hiring an Embedded Recruiter (FTC) to support one of our UK-based clients within the consultancy and digital transformation space.

This is a fast-paced, candidate-focused recruitment role where you will work closely with hiring teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment support, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from attraction to offer stage
• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other channels
• Screening CVs and qualifying candidates against role requirements
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
• Supporting interviewers with candidate information and guidance
• Writing and posting engaging, inclusive job advertisements
• Ensuring timely feedback is captured and shared with candidates
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and system integrity
• Providing updates and reporting to key stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience

• Previous experience in internal recruitment, embedded recruitment, or talent acquisition roles
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational ability and ability to manage multiple roles
• Confident sourcing ability (LinkedIn, direct search, referrals)
• Strong focus on candidate experience Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership
• Experience within consulting or project-based environments (advantageous)
