Digital Content Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Content Designer to design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning solutions on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to create high-quality learning content that supports business objectives and enhances learner engagement through innovative instructional design and digital learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive digital learning content using industry-leading authoring tools.
• Apply instructional design principles and learning methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop e-learning modules, assessments, videos, and other digital learning resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all learning content meets quality assurance standards.
• Upload, maintain, and manage content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Continuously improve learning materials based on feedback and learning analytics.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Instructional Design training or relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in digital content design, instructional design, or e-learning development.
• Proven experience with content development and learning technologies.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge and application of the ADDIE instructional design model.
• Experience in quality assurance processes for learning content.
