Production Line Manager

A leading manufacturer in the clothing and apparel industry, known for their commitment to quality, innovation & sustainability, are seeking Production Line Managers for permanent roles based in Gauteng & Dimbaza (Eastern Cape)

Duties and requirements for the role are as follows :

• 10+ years' experience in a similar role
• Meeting daily factory production targets
• Must have good listening / communication skills and be goal orientated
• Good time management and quality control management
• Management of housekeeping
• Plan and control a large factory of 600+ people
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of – production flow; line set ups; SMV for garments; garment construction
• Must have contactable references

Salary: Market related
