Plant Manager (Qualified Millwright)

A rapidly growing sustainability and tech company looking for a Plant Manager with a Millwright qualification who is ready to take full ownership of our waste processing facility.

What you’ll do

• Lead Operations: Take full ownership of plant safety, integrity, and daily performance (FOG processing).
• Drive Uptime: Implement and execute a robust planned maintenance program.
• Lead the Team: Manage staff, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage Projects: Oversee installations, commissioning, and plant improvements.

What you need

• Qualified Millwright (Plumbing trade qualification and Wireman’s licence are highly advantageous).
• 3–5+ years’ experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
• Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to manage teams and handle client interaction - experience in a similar role is a major plus.
• Practical & Solutions-Driven: You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, troubleshoot faults, and identify risks before they cause downtime.
• Flexibility: Must have your own vehicle and be willing to work shifts or weekends when the plant demands it.
