  • Oversees and coordinates construction projects, handling tasks from project initiation to completion.
  • Development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource, and process management.
  • Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements.
  • Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
  • Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Create project schedules, establish timelines, and set milestones to ensure that the project progresses efficiently
  • Developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Managers handle resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Assess resource requirements, coordinate procurement activities, and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Ensure that resources are effectively utilized, schedules are maintained, and materials are delivered on time to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor resource usage to control costs and minimize waste.
  • Develop project budgets and oversee cost control measures throughout the project.
  • Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and track expenses to ensure that projects stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address any cost-related issues, make adjustments when necessary, and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
  • Prioritize safety on-site, implementing safety protocols, and monitoring adherence to safety standards to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular meetings, provide updates on project progress, and address any issues or concerns raised by team members.
  • Monitor construction activities, conduct regular inspections, and enforce quality control procedures.
  • Address any deviations from requirements, provide guidance to resolve quality issues, and maintain proper documentation of quality control processes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the construction process, including preparing and reviewing contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Keep records of project activities, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and project-related documents.
  • Ensure that all documentation is properly organized, filed, and accessible for future reference or audits.
  • Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience, and strengths of staff members.
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Developing excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to subcontractors to work on certain construction projects.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion.
  • Handling any other tasks or duties as required by the employer
  • Certificate or diploma in a related field, such as engineering or business management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate
  • Proven 3 years of experience as a project manager.
  • Valid driver’s license.
