Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF 4)
- Tertiary Education in Marketing or related field is advantageous.
- 3-6 years in retail environment (FMCG)
- 1-2 years in a managerial role
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness using appropriate tools and methods.
- Customer Service: Ensure all staff provide exceptional service and maintain company standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee cash procedures and manage discrepancies.
- HR Management: Maintain discipline and effective communication among team members.
- Asset Management: Ensure compliance in managing cash, vehicles, and stock.
- Marketing: Manage promotions and displays as per the company’s promotional cycle.
- Safety and Security: Manage store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Merchandising: Ensure the store is merchandised to the highest standards.
- Administration: Manage timely submission of financial and HR reports.
- Self-Management: Organise work efficiently and keep managers informed of activities and results.
