Essential Skills Requirements:
- HR Diploma and/or relevant experience.
- SAP HR.
- MS Office.
- Relevant HR/Resource management background beneficial.
- Knowledge and adherence to data privacy requirements (advantageous).
- Strong ability to prioritize and have a deadline-driven attitude.
- Recruitment experience.
- Attention to detail is a pre-requisite.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- SAP Time management.
 Advantageous Skills Requirements:
- Strong Administrative skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to take initiative proactively to improve own and teamwork practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues/users.

- Aboveboard work ethics – this is of utmost importance.
 Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- HR Diploma and/or relevant experience.
 Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide an end-to-end service and support for the flexible resource needs of all hiring managers.
- Advise functional leaders on topics relating to the sourcing of TES contractors.
- Ensure all compliance-related documents for recruitment are completed and recorded.
- Ensure assignments & confidentiality agreements are in place for all flexible resources.
- Verify the correctness of all offers made.
- Support with all related administration.
- Appointment of all new starters on HRP.
- Communicate and manage the tracking of all transfers in line with payroll closure.
- Conduct the offboarding for FG-Other and Non-IT departments and filing of termination checklists.
- Support with all purchase orders related to contractor steering.
- Rectify TES contractor time errors.
- Any other tasks relevant to contractor steering.
