What We Are Looking For
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The intern position is responsible for managing the Artillery IHE Customer Orders Contracts at Rheinmetall Denel Munition, Boskop Site.
Key Responsibilities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The intern position is responsible for managing the Artillery IHE Customer Orders Contracts at Rheinmetall Denel Munition, Boskop Site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects related to the Reload, Ball Powder and Chemical Sales Orders;
- Manage all aspect of a sales order in the SAP environment;
- Manage designated contracts with regards to schedule, scope and risks;
- Generate and maintain a delivery schedule with inputs from all stakeholders;
- Keeping project stakeholders informed on progress and aligned throughout the course of the project by providing timely communication to stakeholders;
- Driving decision-making to ensure the contract moves forward;
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to legal requirements, policies, procedures and other RDM standards to ensure safe project execution;
- Provide Marketing and Production support;
- Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers;
- Effective and continuous communication.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification- Diploma (N6)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in defence orientated products and/projects
- Proficiency in the MS Office applications;
- Proficiency in SAP;
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management skills;
- Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills;
- Experience in line management functions required;
- Highly organized, self-motivated and attention to detail.
