Insurance Sales Manager

Job Outline

As a Sales Manager, your role will be to manage and oversee the activities of sales representatives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and quality standards. The role involves training, prospecting and liaising with facilities, as well as identifying new opportunities to expand the business.

Job Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience working in the financial industry or in a financial institution
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the finance industry or financial institution
• Meet the qualification requirements in line with their DOFA (Individuals who joined the industry before 2010 must have obtained their 30 or 60 credits or alternatively obtained a full qualification as per the FSCA’s list of recognized qualifications)
• Completed RE5 qualification
• FAIS compliance
• Clear credit and criminal records
