Role Purpose
As Broker Sales Advisor in this dynamic team, you will handle Personal Momentum Short-term Insurance clients and brokers. Successful candidates will be required to complete Personal product training.
Requirements
- Matric
- RE (regulatory exams) compulsory
- At least 6 months broker related sales experience, knowledge, and insight
- Must have an excellent sales track record.
- Attitude/passion towards service excellence
- Clear disciplinary record
Duties & Responsibilities
The Broker Sales Advisor Team of Momentum STI will primarily be responsible for converting leads/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:
- Monthly premium written.
- Net conversion ratio of quotes to sales
- Quality target
- Cancellation ratio

- Must be driven, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to execute and deliver results.
- Excellent computer skills
