Personal Assistant to support a busy director within a dynamic and client-focused environment.
The firm specialises in areas such as conveyancing, estate planning, trusts, and commercial legal services, requiring a PA who is organised, discreet, and able to manage a high level of responsibility.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a key support role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage both administrative and personal assistant duties efficiently. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional client engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide full personal assistant support to the Director
- Manage diaries, appointments, and scheduling
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries professionally
- Liaise with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports
- Maintain accurate filing systems (both electronic and manual)
- Assist with general office administration and coordination
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Run errands and attend to external tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of professionalism and client-facing ability
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
