SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Land Systems Design Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of land-based systems, including vehicles, defense platforms, or heavy equipment. You will work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, high-performance engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop land system components and subsystems (mechanical, structural, or electromechanical)
Perform engineering analysis, simulations, and calculations to validate designs
Create and review technical drawings, CAD models, and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in design engineering (preferably in land systems, automotive, or defense sectors)
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar)
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural design principles
Experience with simulation tools (e.g., FEA) is advantageous
Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical designs
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
