POSITION INFO
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming of clients / visitors in a warm professional manner
- Showing clients to meeting rooms and offering refreshments
- Ensuring reception and meeting areas are kept neat, organised and presentable at all times
- Answering of incoming calls in a professional manner and routing to relevant contacts or taking messages accurately
- Assist staff with basic admin duties when needed
- Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Coordinating couriers, deliveries and ordering of basic supplies
