Junior Internal Sales opportunity within the T/ICT distributor industry, ideal for an energetic and driven individual looking to build a career in sales and technology distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Required to communicate with customers in person, via telephone, and email, providing quotations aligned with customer requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and market trends to confidently offer appropriate solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring all required sales activities are completed effectively.
• Responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring seamless follow-through to final delivery and completion.
• Target-driven individual with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Matric essential.
• CompTIA N+ or other networking-related qualification required.
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an internal sales role
• Experience working with a CRM system is required.
• Experience in wired and wireless networking, VoIP, IP surveillance, internal sales, or a call centre environment non-negotiable.
