SAP Ariba Functional Lead

Our client based in Centurion is looking for a SAP Ariba Functional Lead to join their team. 12 month contract renewable.

A NQF level 6 or higher qualification in the Information Technology (IT) field essential.

• SAP Ariba (upstream and downstream) certification will be mandatory.
• SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement / Business Process Integration certification will be advantageous.
• Architectural and solution design and Implementation experience including full life cycle ASAP methodology, business requirement collection, business process analysis, gap analysis, realization, final preparation, training, go-live, support.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience in SAP Ariba, with at least five years’ experience in full cycle design and implementations for SAP Ariba core modules which are Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Strategic Sourcing, Commerce Automation and Cloud Integration Gateway.
• A minimum of five years’ experience working with integration into SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA Materials Management and other downstream SAP modules.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management principles, frameworks (ITIL) and Web technologies: HTML 5.
• Candidate must be a team player and demonstrate good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and project coordination skills.
• The successful candidate must have strong leadership and analytical skills with high attention to detail proficiency levels.
• High level of MS Office proficiency including Excel and Pivot Tables in order to analyse data.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact at that level.
• Experience with interacting with third party resources, including offshore teams.
• Proven leadership in managing, governing, and providing oversight of internal teams, 3rd party integrators, consultants, and vendors through various initiatives.
