A leading financial services organisation is seeking experienced Short-Term Insurance Brokers to join their growing team across multiple regions in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a profitable client portfolio
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and needs analyses
- Provide tailored Commercial and Personal Lines insurance solutions
- Source and develop own leads through networking and business development
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
- Ensure all compliance, FAIS, and regulatory requirements are met
- Manage policy quotations, renewals, and client queries
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management
- Represent the business professionally within the market
Experience & Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3 years’ face-to-face Commercial Insurance sales experience
- Proven experience in Commercial and Personal Lines insurance
- Strong new business development and lead generation experience
- RE5 qualification (non-negotiable)
- FAIS-compliant qualification / FSCA Fit & Proper requirements completed
- CPD requirements up to date
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence essential
- Existing industry network advantageous
