POSITION INFO

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take over operations activities in an SAP environment (Treasury, Banking, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Multi-Banking-Connectivity)
  • Work rotation spans over morning, evening, and weekend shifts, also on public holidays
  • Working knowledge of and understanding of the business processes for developing, and testing SAP functions associated with financial operations.
  • Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
  • Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management
  • Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
  • Creation of pertinent test documentation
  • Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
  • Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
