We’re Hiring:
Hospitality Systems Consultant – East London
Are you passionate about hospitality operations and love helping businesses run better using technology? We’re looking for a Hospitality Systems Consultant to support, train, and guide our hospitality clients in using our Point‑of‑Sale systems effectively.
This role is all about understanding how restaurants work — stock, food costing, pricing, margins — and translating that into practical system setups.
What You’ll Do
- Understand how hospitality clients run their operations and translate this into POS system configurations
- Configure menus, stock structures, user permissions, and operational settings
- Deliver online, classroom, and onsite training
- Support clients with queries, troubleshooting, and system optimisation
- Advise on best practices to improve control, visibility, and profitability
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
Minimum Requirements
- Hospitality management or senior experience (sit‑down or QSR)
- Understanding of stock movement, food costing, and margins
- Computer literate with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Fluent in English with strong communication and telephone etiquette
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Salesforce knowledge (advantageous)

Working Hours
08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
(Occasional overtime may be required to support clients)
