A growing investment and property-focused group is looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join their finance team and support the group reporting function across local and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Group consolidations and reporting across multiple entities (German Listed Entity)
• Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Supporting the preparation of IFRS-compliant Annual Financial Statements
• Managing intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
• Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Supporting international reporting requirements and foreign operations
• Liaising with auditors and assisting with year-end processes
• Strengthening financial controls and improving reporting processes
• Supporting Dubai based accountants and Bookkeepers (team of 4)

Job Experience and Skills Required

• CA(SA)
• 2-3 years post article commercial exposure in a group setting
• Strong experience in group reporting or multi-entity environments
• Solid understanding of IFRS and consolidations
• Exposure to international operations or foreign entities
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
• Management of accountants and bookkeepers (team of 4)
