Customer Experience Expert

Two Three Bird is hiring a Customer Experience Expert to support our growing USA team from our Stellenbosch office.

We’re looking for people who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-moving international environment outside of the traditional 9-to-5.

In this role, you’ll own the full customer journey, from assisting with insurance claims and service queries to helping customers activate policies and feel supported throughout their experience.

Evening/Night Shift | 15:00 – 00:00 or 16:00 – 01:00 (depending on daylight saving time in the United States)

Stellenbosch | Office-based | Monday–Friday

What we’re looking for:

Strong customer service or claims experience

Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work confidently in fast-paced environments

A strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Bicycle knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
