Claims and customer experience expert

Two Three Bird is looking for someone with strong bicycle knowledge to join our Australian Claims & Customer Experience team in Stellenbosch.

We work with passionate cyclists across Australia and New Zealand, helping them through the full claims process while delivering exceptional customer support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, bicycles, and working in a fast-paced international environment.

Night Shift Role | 01:00 AM – 09:00 AM or 03:00 AM – 11:00 AM (depending on team scheduling and daylight saving time in Australia)

Stellenbosch | Office-based | Monday–Friday

What you’ll do:

Manage end-to-end bicycle insurance claims

Gather and validate claim information and evidence

Assist with bicycle replacement quotes and processes

Support customers throughout the claims journey

Provide technical bicycle knowledge to the AU/NZ team

What we’re looking for:

Strong bicycle knowledge and passion for cycling

Customer service or claims experience is advantageous

Insurance experience or a 3-year degree is beneficial

Someone comfortable working night shifts and taking ownership
