SUMMARY

Our client in the retail industry is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Agent to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing excellent service, and supporting daily administrative and CRM functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle telephonic, online, and CRM-related customer enquiries
• Provide product, pricing, and general information to clients
• Follow up on internal and external queries and provide feedback
• Log and track enquiries accurately
• Assist with reception and administrative duties when required
• Support the Sales and CRM teams to achieve common objectives
• General typing, filing, and record keeping
• Be available to work after hours or weekends when necessary

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Previous customer service experience will be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license
