SUMMARY
A fast-growing manufacturing business in Stellenbosch is expanding and has created a new Finance role to support increasing volume and complexity. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow with the business and work closely with an experienced Financial Manager. This is a broad finance and administration position suited to someone practical, resilient and commercially minded. You’ll receive plenty of support and play a key role in shaping finance processes as the business continues to scale. This role is ideal for a junior finance professional who wants real exposure, responsibility and growth within a supportive, high-energy manufacturing environment.
POSITION INFO
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Stock and inventory-related finance support
Month-end preparation and reconciliations
General bookkeeping and transaction processing
Strong administrative support across finance
Payroll exposure beneficial (not essential)
Skills & Experience
Certificate / Diploma or other tertiary finance qualification
1–2 Years’ Bookkeeping Or Junior Accounting Experience
FMCG or Manufacturing experience advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
Outgoing, collaborative personality – not a silo worker
Resilient, business-minded and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Tertiary qualification in finance or accounting
