POSITION INFO

Drive commercial growth within a dynamic services environment focused on operational excellence and client partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to expand market presence across the Rustenburg and Platinum Belt region.

The position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic sales growth within the cleaning and hygiene services sector. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure strong service alignment and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will bring a proactive sales mindset, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to manage opportunities from lead generation through to closure.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop proposals, bids, and tender submissions
  • Follow up on leads and cancelled contracts
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Support sales and growth initiatives
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain detailed sales reporting and pipeline tracking
  • Promote integrated service offerings across the business

What You Bring

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation capability
  • Experience within the services industry advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the Rustenburg commercial market beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
