SUMMARY
Position Title: Hot Runner Field Service Technician / Technical Service Specialist - based in Rosslyn, Gauteng
Industry: Automotive Plastics Moulding / Plastic Injection Moulding
Salary: R28 000
- Valid Code 08 Driver’s License.
- Valid passport with no visa restrictions and willingness to travel extensively both locally and internationally

Minimum requirements
- Qualified Artisan with a Mechanical or Electrical qualification (e.g., N6 Certificate or Diploma)
- Trade qualification as a Toolmaker, Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or Electrical Technician
- A Mould Maker Certificate of Qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience within the hot runner automotive moulding industry.
- Extensive technical knowledge of hot runner systems, including manifolds, nozzles, valve gate assemblies, and internal hardware components
- Strong experience in troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining moulds and hot runner systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and engineering documentation
