SUMMARY

Reputable company in the Automotive industry is looking for a suitably experienced parts, Telesales agent to join their team in Newton Park.

Qualifications And Or Experience

• Matric
• Sales and or Marketing certificate/diploma and or relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Parts (Non-Negotiable)
• Experienced with a number of systems
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle parts
• Experience in the aftermarket sales industry
• Excellent telephone etiquette

Will entail the following essential functions and duties:

• Great communication skills
• Customer Service by means of counter sales, quotations, and sourcing of vehicle replacement parts
• Relationship with workshops and excellent client service
• Stock take
• General support functions as required by the manager
