Salary – £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will lead an established setting with plans to expand, and prepare for a second site opening soon. You'll be responsible for day‑to‑day running, team leadership, and creating a warm, ambitious culture. You'll work closely with the owner to recruit, nurture, and develop your team. You'll drive quality, compliance, and occupancy growth. And you'll have a real say in how this nursery grows.

• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare (essential)
• Right attitude – resilience, warmth, team spirit, ambition
• Ready to grow with us, not just manage a room
