Horticulturist

We are seeking a skilled Horticulturist to oversee landscaping operations, ensure the health and maintenance of gardens and green spaces. The role includes managing plant care, coordinating daily activities, and providing expert advice while maintaining high presentation standards.

• Generate and present monthly reports to the Site Manager.
• Ability to identify and manage potential pests and diseases.
• Prune shrubs and small trees as needed.
• Split and divide plants within the flower beds.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to redesign gardens.
• Capable of reading and understanding maps.
• Assist with landscaping maintenance, restoration, and design.
• Schedule and approve leave applications and identify attendance trends.
• Initiate new projects (i.e., theme gardens and rezoning based on the client’s request)
• Conduct and coordinate Garden planning and development
• Give continuous assistance and direction to Supervisors.

• A National Diploma in Horticulture or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in landscaping
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a group of employees.
• Daily reports on landscaping activities must be submitted.
• Offer advice to stakeholders regarding plant-related issues.
