Junior Sales Executive - New Business (OA / IT)

Introduction
Our client, a well-established and growing technology solutions provider, is looking to bring on a Junior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
This role is ideal for a hungry, driven sales professional early in their career, who is eager to learn, develop, and build a strong foundation in new business sales within the OA / ICT space.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through cold calling, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Engage with potential clients and identify business needs
- Present and sell OA / ICT solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years sales experience (OA / ICT industry preferred)
- Proven exposure to new business / hunting sales environments
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Based in Cape Town

Package & Remuneration
- R15 000 - R20 000 CTC (experience dependent)
- Uncapped commission structure
