EDC User Access Administrator

(Based in South Africa, Bloemfontein)

Your tasks

• Manage user access across EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Viedoc) including provisioning, modification, and revocation according to SOPs.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready access logs and documentation; support periodic access reviews and reconciliations.
• Support study start-up activities, bulk uploads, and role configuration; troubleshoot access issues and resolve queries efficiently.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering professional, responsive, and solutions-focused service.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements; support audits and inspections with relevant evidence.
• Contribute to process improvements, tools, and standardization of access management workflows.

Your skills

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volumes of requests.
• Experience working with controlled processes, documentation, and system administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer service mindset.
• Desirable: experience in a CRO/clinical research environment, familiarity with EDC systems, and supporting audits/inspections.
