Dealer Consultant/ Sales Representative

CarStore is growing — and we’re looking for driven, results-oriented individuals to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the automotive industry.

CarStore is a fast-growing digital automotive platform connecting car dealers with buyers through a modern, efficient marketplace. As we scale, we need ambitious people who can bring dealerships onboard and build lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new car dealerships onto the CarStore platform

• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships

• Present and demonstrate the value of our platform

• Drive sales and meet onboarding targets

• Support dealers to maximize platform usage

• Gather market insights and feedback

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (automotive industry preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused

• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline

• Understanding of digital platforms (advantageous)

• Existing dealer network (highly beneficial)

What We Offer

• Basic salary: R8,000 – R15,000 (depending on experience)

• Attractive commission structure

This role includes both fieldwork and remote engagement, with opportunities across key growth regions.
