Quantity Surveyor

Introduction

We are a well - established construction company based in Midrand, Kyalami Boulevard, delivering quality projects across various sectors. We are looking for a skilled and detail - oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents

Manage project costs from inception to completion

Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning

Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement

Monitor project progress and control costs

Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts

Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying

Proven experience in the construction industry

Experience working with Candy (CCS) or similar QS software

Strong Knowledge of cost management and contracts

Excellent numerical and analystical skills

Ability to work independently and within a team
