Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Foreman for a well-established construction company based in George to oversee day-to-day site operations. The successful candidate will lead on-site teams, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a safe working environment across residential and commercial projects.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site workers and subcontractors
• Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Manage materials, equipment, and daily site scheduling

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• COID/OHSA compliance knowledge an advantage

We offer a salary of R35 000 pm
