Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 & Administration Qualification
  • 5 years working experience in an operations environment
  • High Level computer literacy – Microsoft Office, Share Point and Teams
  • Be able to navigate essential SAP modules
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people and employees at all levels

Duties & Responsibilities

  • EDRMS Administrator
  • Purchase requisitioner
  • Timesheet management (overtime summary)
  • Leave processing and documenting
  • Reward and recognition: manage and update tool
  • General office administration
  • Information processing and management ensuring actions and minutes are tracked and documented
  • Control office, workshop supplies and PPE
  • Arrange functions and meetings
  • Manage and control legal libraries
  • Execute responsibilities independently
