A growing and established group of businesses seeks to appoint an experienced and hands-on Group Financial Manager to oversee the financial management of multiple entities within the group.

This role is suited to a practical, systems-oriented financial professional who enjoys working closely with operations and taking ownership within a collaborative environment.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial management and reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Partner with leadership on strategic and operational decision-making
• Drive ERP and financial systems optimisation
• Manage auditor, banking, and advisor relationships
• Oversee financial aspects of manufacturing, import, and export operations

Requirements

• CA(SA) or similar recognised qualification
• Proven senior financial leadership experience
• Strong manufacturing and operational finance background
• Experience with import/export environments
• Strong ERP and financial systems experience
• Hands-on, systems-oriented approach with strong leadership and communication skills
• Sage X3 experience advantageous
